Q: What are Dynasco's business hours?

  • Regular Dynasco office hours are from 8:00am to 9:00pm weekdays and 9:00am to 4:00pm on weekends. Dynasco technicians are available to resolve emergency computer issues 24/7. You will receive a response to your trouble calls within 60 minutes of your call, guaranteed, regardless of the time of day!

Q: Will Dynasco technicians be required to physically come to my office to resolve issues?

  • In our experience, approximately 80% of "typical" computer issues can be resolved either over the phone, or via remote access. For customers who choose Dynasco as their primary IT support provider, our ability to service our clients remotely means that a technician does not need to be on-site often, resulting in much faster resolutions to reported issues. In the event an on-site visit is required, we will make arrangements to come to your place of business at a time that is least disruptive and the most convenient for you.
Q: Will you guarantee that my business will not have any technical problems or downtime?
  • No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; to make such a guarantee would be unrealistic and dishonest. However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system. What we can guarantee is that Dynasco IT specialists will resolve all issues completely, professionally, and quickly to eliminate the root cause of the problem rather than simply providing a band-aid solution.

  • The home office of Dynasco Technologies Inc. is located in the village of Russell, Ontario, approximately 30 minutes south-east of Ottawa. Although our coverage area includes most of south-eastern Ontario (see coverage map), if you are a regular client, we will, in most instances, have the ability to resolve your issues via a remote link-up no matter where you are physically located. Whether through a remote connection or an on-site visit, we will always go that extra mile to ensure your IT resources are in top-notch condition!
